Parnell Boutique Block Project

Completed in 2019, this block of units in original built condition from the 1970s era was completely transformed into a modern boutique block. Located in an enviable spot at the top of Parnell, it is no surprise these apartments have been rented with very high rental yields and 0% vacancy since completion.
