At Marian Hines Property Management we will care for your property like it is our own.  We will take of all your property needs from finding high quality tenants through to all maintenance and renovation management if required.  As part of our service we do extensive background reference and credit checks to ensure we have the right tenants.  We check rents daily and tenants are notified immediately if they are in arrears.  We do regular property inspections and owners receive a detailed report.  We use excellent and reliable tradespeople for any maintenance issues.  At MHPM we  pride ourselves on good communication between ourselves and tenants and keep our owners regularly informed as needed.
